Overview of Sim Gauges G1000 flight simulator products.
Introduction
The Garmin G1000 glass cockpit avionics suite is one of the most popular avionics systems in modern aircraft. It is a fully integrated system that provides pilots with a wide range of information, including flight instruments, navigation, weather, and traffic. SimGauges offers a range of hardware solutions designed to mimic the look and feel of the G1000 avionics suite.
At the moment we have 3 products of G1000 type available in our shop. All of them are high-quality replicas of the Garmin G1000 avionics modules for home-cockpit simulator use. Fully backlit, easy to set up, and connect to MSFS or X-Plane. All of them are a great way to learn how to fly properly or just have fun at home.
General features of Sim Gauges G1044B and G1040A.
SG1044B and SG1040A are fully applicable replicas of Garmin G1044B and G1040A. SG1044B as a MFD unit and SG1040A as a PFD unit, but the above products can be used in both configurations. The only difference is that SG1044B has an autopilot panel on its left side. Commonly that kinds of modules are mounted in a higher level of one or two-engine small airplanes like DA40 or Cirrus SR22.
A typical set of G1000 contains one G1044B and one G1040A. But in our shop, you can configure and buy any combination of those two products, like two SG1040A or two SG1044B or a typical version.
Sim Gauges G1000-type products can be placed just on your desk bny using our universal handle. It is also possible to mount it on Honeycomb Brawo or Alpha - link.
All our G1000-type products have two switches on their backside. One dedicated to switching on/off LED lights. The second one is to change the product from PFD to the MFD version. You can switch it all at any time with any simulator, plane and etc.
G1000-type products combability with MSFS 2020 and X-Plane.
Sim Gauges products are fully compatible with the 2 most popular flight simulators application: MSFS 2020 and two versions of X-Plane (11 and 12). Connecting Sim Gauges products to your computer and above simulators is incredibly easy, for more info check this link.
