You are entitled to return products within 30 days after receiving them without giving a reason, but the packaging of the returned cosmetics must be intact and the product itself may not be used – in accordance with the Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended). Along with return instructions, you will also receive a return form. Please print it, fill it and send it back with your products to the below address. After receiving the returned product, money will be transferred to your bank account within 7 working days.
