What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We use Euro currency for our international sales. You can pay for your order using several methods:

  1. Payment by card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro) - operated by Stripe.com
  2. Traditional bank transfer

When choosing a traditional bank transfer payment method, you have to take into account the extended order processing time as the payment is not credited immediately to our account.

Please specify the order number and your name and surname in the subject of the transfer. Example: "Order number - 123456 , Peter Kowalski".

Problems with payment?

Sometimes the payment isn't possible due to a system error. In these cases we kindly ask you to make a new order or contact our Customer Service via email:contact@simgauges.comand make sure you give your order number. Our Staff will help you complete the payment process.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

The orders that haven't been dispatched yet can be edited or cancelled. Our Customer Service will make every effort to help you do it.
