Shipping
- Shipment to EU countries via DHL/DPD/FedEx.
- Free shipping for all orders to EU countries above 999 euros.
- Free shipping is available for all orders to the United Kingdom and Switzerland above € 1,500.
- We guarantee the shipment of goods within a maximum of 10 business days. Waiting time for delivery - about five working days (for almost any country in the EU). Do not apply for pre-order products and the Airbus compact OVH panel.
- Each package sent to you is insured for the full value of the order. To meet the conditions of the complaint, it is necessary to check the ordered goods with the courier and, in the event of damage to the parcel, write a receipt protocol, which the courier must sign.
!!! Important Information for Buyers Outside the European Union !!!
Please note that prices for customers outside the European Union do not include VAT. DHL/FedEx will collect the appropriate VAT amount and any applicable customs duties or fees upon delivery.
Uncollected Export Shipments
If an international (export) shipment is not collected by the recipient or is refused/returned during transit, the refund will be reduced by:
- All export-related fees incurred (customs duties, import/export charges, brokerage fees, and any other charges levied by the carrier or customs authorities),
- The cost of return shipping to our warehouse.
These deductions reflect actual costs incurred by Sim Gauges as a result of the uncollected or refused shipment. The remaining amount will be refunded once the parcel has been returned to us and the costs have been confirmed.
